Guy arrested for... eehm, well... acting suspicious or something

How strange do you have to behave before the authorities in London put the "suspected terrorist" label on you? More recently the answer to this question seem to be: not too strange. At least not according to this story in the Guardian. He did not get shot on sight, but will his name be on the list of usual suspects all over the world from now on?
